Spirit Week and Homecoming festivities run from Tuesday, October 14th, through Saturday, October 18th.

Each building will celebrate Spirit Week with themed days.

The week is packed with home sporting events leading up to the Homecoming Parade, Hometown Tailgate, and OFA Football game on Saturday, October 18th. Check out this video for more: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BX8rFj4lhi0.

Don’t miss the OFA XC team running the game ball from Waverly HS to OFA on Friday, October 17th. They will leave Waverly around 10:15 am and should be running through the Village of Owego between 12:30 and 1:30 pm. Get more info here: https://aptg.co/gb5mkR.

The parade on Saturday, October 18th, begins at 11:00 am, and each building—OES, AES, OAMS, and OFA—will be represented in the parade along with our school teams, youth teams, homecoming court, and more. The parade route will start at the Village of Owego Police Department on Temple Street and proceed along North Avenue before turning onto George Street, then to Sheldon Guile Boulevard, and end in front of OFA.

The Homecoming Hometown Tailgate Event will take place from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm outside of Owego Free Academy. Get more information here: https://aptg.co/tqdbgy.

The Homecoming Football game will start at 1:00 pm with the crowning of the Homecoming Queen at halftime.
