Dear Class of 2025 Students and Parents/Guardians:
Congratulations rising Seniors! While this is indeed an exciting and strange time, your first major responsibility for the Class of 2025 is to have your Senior pictures taken. This can be a complicated and confusing process, but the Yearbook staff is here to help!

If you have not scheduled an appointment for a photo session, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible, as every senior in the area will need to have their picture taken this summer.
OFA Yearbook uses headshots for Senior pictures. Although there is some acceptable variance, the Yearbook picture guidelines are as follows:
● Head and shoulders only (hands are optional)
● Appropriate dress (no hats, please)
● No other persons or animals included in photographs
Though we do not require a specific backdrop or outfit, portraits that do not meet these requirements may be left out of the senior section of the yearbook. Also, in addition to your portrait, please remember to submit a baby photo and 2 additional photos of your own choice. See previous year’s yearbook for reference.
● Digital copies:
o Digital copies are preferred and must meet a minimum 300 dpi and can be:
▪ e-mailed to starksk@oacsd.org (you will receive a confirmation email)
▪ handed in to Yearbook staff on a CD or Flash/Thumb drive
▪ airdropped via iPad or iPhone.
● Physical, hardcopy portraits:
o Physical portraits must be a color, glossy photograph and brought to Ms. Starks in the library o Do not submit any proofs of pictures or scanned photos
ALL PICTURES ARE DUE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2024!
Be sure to turn it in on time—late submissions cannot be ensured a place in the Yearbook.
As a reminder, the yearbook will be at its cheapest during the summer and the first few weeks of the new school year. In addition, cover icons will be FREE at that time.
