To register your child to attend Owego Apalachin Central School District, print and complete the appropriate forms, listed below. If you have questions or require additional information, please contact the main office of the school where you wish to enroll your child.

Owego Apalachin Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK)
The
program for families who reside in the district. The program is funded by
to provide 4-year-old children with a better foundation as they prepare to enter kindergarten.
To be eligible for the program, children must live in the district and turn 4 years of age on or
before December 1 of the year in which they are enrolled in UPK.
